• Minimum preparation needed: before applying the paint just clean with a good degreaser and scuff sand, just to key the surface with 120 grit sandpaper
• Great adhesion: you can paint it directly onto most surfaces, e.g. wood, plastic, metal, glass, plaster, tiles, concrete, upvc
• Dries within an hour; for best results leave 2-4 hours between coats
• Hard-wearing: after 30 few days of curing the paint is scuff- and chip-resistant
• Moisture resistant: you can use it indoors or outdoors

Self-priming means that Bunty’s Mineral Paint does not need a primer on most well-prepared surfaces; self-levelling means that it leaves a smooth finish without leaving ugly brush marks; it is self-sealing because it has a built-in top coat, so no need to varnish it for extra protection.

Bunty’s Mineral Paint is waterproof and contains a UV filter to prevent fading both in the home and outside.

New Bunty's Mineral Paint is owned by Amanda Huxtable, founder of the Authentic Paint Company. Amanda is a highly talented furniture artist and traditional upholsterer, with a wealth of experience within the industry stretching over several decades.

When the original Bunty's sadly ceased trading in August 2023, Amanda stepped in to save this wonderful paint range that so many of us had grown to love over the years.

Amanda has added her unique touches, offering effectively the same formulation as before, but with some improved pigments and a more sophisticated colour palette.

Sporting a new logo and new branding, Bunty is back: bolder, brighter and sassier than ever before.
