Continuous spray bottle, a water mister to help achieve smooth paint finishes and to create paint blending techniques.
Are you looking to achieve a super smooth finish to your Fusion Mineral Paint, or perhaps you want to apply some blending techniques to your project?
Fusion Mister bottles are the pro painter's secret weapon for achieving just this and a must-have for your toolkit.
Application
These super fine continuous mister bottles make getting a super smooth finish, colour blending, and ombreing with Fusion a breeze! The trick is to not add too much water, a little goes a very long way.
Use them to slightly dampen your brushes and rollers before painting to increase paint flow, it makes all the difference to the finish and makes painting so much easier.
The Fusion Mister bottle is an absolute must-have in hot weather when those temperatures start to soar, a spritzed mist of cool water will give you that precious extra time to work with your paint before it starts to dry. This little bottle will not only help with your efficiency as you will be able to continue to paint when it’s hot, but your surface will be super with no drag marks that tend to occur when your paint dries too fast.
Alternative use
We need to clean furniture as part of our preparation routine. The Fusion Mister bottle is great for applying your TSP and water mix. This way you are giving your furniture a thorough clean but without saturating the wood, which can lead to swelling and lifting veneer. It will also cut the dry time down, which means you can start painting quicker and increase your efficiency.
Top Tip. If you are using multiple mister bottles for different purposes make sure you clearly label them accordingly.
Mister v spray bottle, what makes the difference?
A conventional spray bottle squirts large particles of water with too much force causing the surfaces to be too saturated with uneven amounts of water, and the nozzle often doesn’t fit properly causing water to drip and pour out.
Fusion paint contains mineral pigments. Adding too much water can give you pigmentation streaks and an uneven surface.
The Fusion Mister bottle gently emits a fine, continual, and even mist that gently kisses the surface, giving you a lightly dampened surface to ease the flow of your paint.
Top Tip. Spritz your face with your 'water' mister bottle, you will be refreshed in no time and be ready to get on with those painting tasks.
